How to reach us
Coming by Car from Brussels or Liège/Luik (Map)
To "Kasteelpark Arenberg"
Take highway E40 (Brussels - Liège/Luik) in the direction of Leuven. Take exit Leuven/Hasselt/Genk (E314). Take the first exit Leuven (Exit 15), leading you onto road N264. At the fourth traffic lights, turn right. This is the ring around Leuven. At the next traffic lights turn right and keep right : follow the narrow one-way road until you pass a gate at your right site . Do NOT enter the park here, instead drive on for a few hundred meters and take the next entrance at your right site. You'll see the castle (kasteel) in front of you. Follow the road as far as you can, turn right and here is the parking lot. Follow the road further on foot : the large brick building in front of you is the main building of the Faculty of Bioscience Engineering, Kasteelpark Arenberg 20. Entering the main entrance, we are in the left wing, main and first floor. Our secretariat (01.04) and offices are located at the first floor.
To "Bio-incubator"
Take highway E40 (Brussels - Liège/Luik) in the direction of Leuven. Take exit Leuven/Hasselt/Genk (E314). Take the first exit Leuven (Exit 15), leading you onto road N264. At the second set of traffic lights, turn right into the ‘Wetenschapspark Arenberg’.
Inside the ‘Wetenschapspark Arenberg’, take an immediate right onto the Gaston Geenslaan and continue until the roundabout where you take a U-turn. Follow the Gaston-Geenslaan in the opposite direction until you see the ‘Bio-incubator Leuven’ building at your right hand side. To park the car continue until the next roundabout, take a U-turn and park on the parking lot opposite the ‘Bio-incubator Leuven’ building.
Coming by car from Hasselt/Genk/Aachen/Maastricht (Map)
Take highway E314 (Aachen- Leuven) in the direction of Leuven. Take exit 15 and follow the instructions above.
Coming by public transport (Map)
To "Kasteelpark Arenberg"
Take the train to Leuven. At Leuven railway station, take bus line 2 (‘Heverlee Campus’ on the front). Get off the bus at the stop in front of the hotel "The Lodge " situated at the junction between the Engelbertlaan and the J. Vandenbemptlaan. Continue your way to the the Faculty of Bioscience Engineering, Kasteelpark Arenberg 20 according to the map. Entering the main entrance, we are in the left wing, main and first floor. Our secretariat (01.04) and offices are at the first floor.
To "Bio-incubator"
Take the train to Leuven. At Leuven railway station, take bus line 2 (‘Heverlee Campus’ on the front). Get off the bus at bus stop ‘Celestijnenlaan’, in front of the ‘IMEC’ institute. From the bus stop it is a 3 minutes walk. Continue along the Celestijnenlaan in the direction of the Koning Boudewijnlaan (N264) and turn left into the road called "Steengroevelaan" (follow direction of ‘kinderdagverblijf de villa’). Follow the Steengroevelaan for about 300m until you reach the building "Bio-incubator".
