Meeting Poster Registration for the symposium is free of charge but is required, as there is a limit of 80 participants. Lunch and abstract book are offered free to registrants. The registration deadline is December 11th 2009. The deadline for submission of poster abstracts is November 27th 2009.

Abstract & Submission Guidelines

For submission of poster abstracts, use the following guidelines and use this template..
Deadline for submission is NOVEMBER 27th
  • The length of an abstract is STRICTLY limited to 1 page (A4)
  • The structure of the abstracts is as follows:
    Title / Author(s) / Affiliation(s) / Abstract (main text) / References
  • Copy-paste your title, author names, affiliations, abstract and references in the template, hereby keeping the format of the template (select 'Match destination formatting' after pasting
  • References are according the system used by Molecular Microbiology and is illustrated in the template. The references should be listed in alphabetical order according to the first named author. Abbreviations of journal titles should be used as in the Index Medicus.
  • Save the document as “Name_Firstname” (doc-file) and send to the organizers
